In 2008 finally a suitable location was acquired in order to function as a base for the multi-disciplinairy creative activities and projects developed by Ron Weijers. Due to the ongoing creative developments and together with the the acquisition of this new location in the historical centre of the city of Schiedam in the Netherlands, the descision was made to reposition the profile of the deployed activities into a new shell.

Progressing into the creation of an artistic hot-spot at the new location as the 10dence gallery/studio & art collective. 10dence gallery/studio & art collective profiles itself as a multidisciplinary nucleus for innovative creative endeavors where Weijers in collaboration with a wide range of creative participants will be able to generate their artistic production which encompasses an unprecedented panoply of works of art embracing painting, drawing, photography, video and music and surveys the cross-current of activities that constituted the artistic output.

As a contemporary urban art collective, focusing on bringing together innovative creative individuals from around the world, the 10dence gallery/studio & art collective basicly aims on the diversity of the group and highlight the individuality of all the artists involved. Aim is to celebrate all the various attributes of this eclectic group through the development of concepts, exhibition projects, audio-visual productions and group shows. All the artists associated with the 10dence gallery/studio art collective share a common heritage in various and numerous global art cultures. Although the members of this group share a common background they have all evolved their creative work into different and unique directions that push the boundaries of art.
